What are the key facts about Rolletto?
Who runs Rolletto and what licence does it hold?
Rolletto’s footer says the site “is operated by Santeda International B.V., a company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao with Company Number 151296” and licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) under licence number OGL/2024/1798/1048.
Santeda International Limited in Limassol, Cyprus, acts as payment agent. Third-party reviews report that Rolletto launched in 2019.
A named company and licence give you somewhere to complain, which counts in Rolletto’s favour. A Curaçao licence does not give the protections of an Australian licence, and complaints must be raised within two months.
Is Rolletto blocked in Australia?
Yes. Rolletto is on ACMA’s list of blocked illegal gambling websites, which includes rolletto.com, rolletto.cc and rolletto.win. ACMA named Rolletto in a 2026 announcement of eight newly blocked sites. The brand still runs mobile mirror addresses such as m.rolletto.cc. Its terms also require a “valid and verifiable IP address” when you withdraw bonus winnings.
Australia is not on Rolletto’s list of excluded countries, and the site offers an EN-AU language option and AUD accounts.
The Interactive Gambling Act 2001 bans operators from offering online casino games to people in Australia. Playing is not an offence for you as a player, but every online casino that accepts Australians, including Rolletto, is an offshore site operating outside Australian law. ACMA has blocked more than 1,800 illegal gambling websites. Our guide on whether online gambling is legal in Australia explains the rules.
How fast does Rolletto pay out?
Rolletto says all withdrawals are processed within three banking days. Times per method below come from third-party reviews.
Payouts go back to your deposit method, and Rolletto can hold a withdrawal while it checks your identity. You have 30 days to send documents once asked. Our guide on how to make a casino withdrawal explains what to prepare.
What are Rolletto’s withdrawal limits?
Rolletto caps withdrawals at 7,500 a week and 15,000 a month in euro or US dollars. The terms do not list an AUD figure, and third-party reviews report the same 15,000 monthly cap for AUD accounts. VIP players may get different limits.
The minimum withdrawal is €20 or the equivalent. Wins above €15,000 can be paid in monthly instalments, while progressive jackpots are paid in full.
At 7,500 a week, a 30,000 win takes at least four weeks to withdraw. Read our guide to online casino withdrawal problems before you play for large amounts.
What withdrawal rules should you know before you deposit?
Four rules in Rolletto’s terms can cost you money:
- Wager every deposit before withdrawing: deposits must be wagered at least once, and if they are not wagered completely Rolletto can charge a 20% administrative fee.
- Bet three times your deposit: if you withdraw after betting less than three times your last deposit, Rolletto can charge deposit and withdrawal processing costs.
- Log in at least every 60 days: after 60 days without a login, the account counts as dormant and Rolletto can take 20% of that balance every month. A balance under 10 can be taken in full.
- Keep one account only: if Rolletto suspects fraud or a duplicate account, it can refund only your last deposit minus 20%.
Withdraw your balance before you take a break. If a casino refuses to pay, our guide on whether you can sue a casino for not paying out explains your options.
Which payment methods can Australians use at Rolletto?
Rolletto accepts AUD and crypto, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, XRP and USDT. The cashier only shows methods after sign-up.
Third-party reviews say PayID appears for some regions, but we could not confirm this for Australian accounts. Check your withdrawal method before you deposit.
What is the Rolletto welcome bonus really worth?
The Welcome Casino Package gives 150% up to 500 on the first deposit, 50% up to 2,000 on the second and 25% up to 3,000 on the third, for a total of up to 5,500. The bonus page quotes amounts in pounds, euro or US dollars. A first deposit of at least 20 also brings 50 free spins at once and 30 a day for five days, if you log in on all five days.
Australia is not excluded from deposit bonuses; only Thailand, Finland and Japan are. Activate the bonus before you play.
With a A$100 deposit, you get A$150 in bonus and a A$250 balance. At 40x deposit plus bonus, you must bet A$10,000 within five days. On pokies with 96% RTP, the expected loss is about A$400, more than the whole balance. Even if you finish, bonus winnings are capped at 10 times your deposit, or A$1,000 here. Cancelling removes the bonus and its winnings.
Winnings from no-deposit free spins are capped at 100. Our guide to free spins bonuses explains how these caps work.
What games does Rolletto offer?
Rolletto offers pokies, live casino, mini games, sports, esports and racing, but shows no total game count. Third-party reviews report between 4,000 and 8,000 games from dozens of studios, including Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Hacksaw Gaming and BGaming.
- Pokies: classic, Megaways and bonus-buy games, plus a slot leaderboard.
- Live casino: roulette and blackjack tables from studios such as LuckyStreak and Winfinity.
- Mini games: crash and instant games like Aviamasters.
- Sportsbook: pre-match and live betting, esports and racing.

What responsible gambling tools does Rolletto have?
Rolletto offers time-outs and self-exclusion, but only through customer support. Its Responsible Gaming page says you ask support to close your account for a cooling-off period, which reopens automatically when it ends. Self-exclusion runs from 6 months to 5 years and must be requested by email. The Self Exclusion page adds that a time-out can be lifted early on written request, at the casino’s discretion.
The page also lists account limits and account tools, but gives no detail on how to set them, and the help organisations it names are GamCare, Gambling Therapy and Gamblers Anonymous rather than Australian services.
BetStop does not cover offshore casinos like Rolletto, so if you need a break, withdraw your balance first, ask support to self-exclude you and install blocking software. Our guide on how to stop gambling lists the tools that work at offshore sites.
How do you sign up and withdraw safely at Rolletto?
- Think twice about signing up: Rolletto is blocked by ACMA, and we do not recommend using mirrors or a VPN.
- Register with your real details: your name and address must match your documents.
- Verify straight away: upload ID and proof of address before you deposit much.
- Skip the welcome bonus: 40x wagering in five days with a 10x cashout cap rarely pays.
- Bet your deposit before withdrawing: this avoids the 20% fee and processing charges.
- Make a small test withdrawal: confirm the casino pays before you deposit more.
- Never leave a balance idle: log in every 60 days or withdraw everything.
