What are the key facts about Ritzo?
Who runs Ritzo and what licence does it hold?
Ritzo does not say. Section 1.1 of the terms and the footer describe the owner only as “a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus, with its principal place of business at Nicosia”, with gambling services provided by an unnamed parent company in Curaçao under an eGaming licence from the Government of Curaçao. No company name, registration number or licence number is given, and the footer has no licence seal you can click to check it.
That matters most when something goes wrong. Without a named company and a licence number, you cannot confirm the licence with the regulator or take a complaint to it. Our guide on whether you can sue a casino for not paying out explains why a named operator matters.
Is Ritzo blocked in Australia?
No. Ritzo’s domains are not on ACMA’s list of blocked illegal gambling websites, and Australia is not on the list of countries in section 2.7 of its terms. The casino runs a dedicated Australian site at /en-au with AUD amounts.
Not being blocked does not make Ritzo legal in Australia. The Interactive Gambling Act 2001 bans operators from offering online casino games to Australians, and ACMA adds new sites to its list several times a year. Our guide on whether online gambling is legal in Australia explains the rules.
How fast does Ritzo pay out?
Ritzo’s finance team processes withdrawals Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 GMT+2, which is late afternoon to the early hours in eastern Australia. Weekend requests wait until Monday. Verification takes up to 3 business days once you have sent every document, and the casino can postpone a payout for extra checks.
You can have no more than three withdrawal requests open at once, and you must normally withdraw with the method you used to deposit. Our guide on how to make a casino withdrawal walks through each step.
How much can you withdraw from Ritzo?
The A$1,500 daily cap is one of the lowest on our list. A A$10,000 win would take at least seven days to withdraw, and a A$30,000 win would use up the whole monthly limit.
What withdrawal rules should you know before you deposit?
- Bet each deposit 3 times: if you withdraw before betting three times your deposit, Ritzo can charge a fee of up to 10% or ask you to keep playing.
- Verify within 30 days: documents must arrive within 30 days of a withdrawal request or of the casino asking, or winnings are confiscated and the account closed.
- Expect a video check: the risk team can ask for a video call, and missing it can cost you your winnings.
- Do not leave money sitting: after 6 months without real-money play, a fee of 10 euros a month applies, and after 12 months the account can be deleted with the balance voided.
- Watch for fees: the terms allow a processing fee on withdrawals.

Which payment methods can Australians use at Ritzo?
The Australian site lists Visa and Mastercard, bank transfer, crypto, MiFinity, Zimpler and Interac in its footer. PayID is not listed, so Ritzo is not a PayID casino. The minimum deposit for the welcome package is A$15. Because withdrawals normally go back to the method you deposited with, choose MiFinity or crypto if you want a payout route that does not depend on your bank.
What is the Ritzo welcome bonus really worth?
Every deposit bonus in the package carries 37x wagering on the bonus amount, while the free spins on the second, fourth and fifth deposits come with no wagering. Each bonus is valid for 7 days, the maximum bet is A$8, and live dealer, table and jackpot games cannot be played with an active bonus. The no-wager free spins sound generous, but winnings from free spins are capped at A$75.
The headline of A$18,000 also needs perspective: with withdrawals capped at A$1,500 a day, even a fully cleared bonus would take weeks to cash out. With a typical pokie return of 96%, clearing a A$100 bonus at 37x means betting A$3,700 and losing about A$148 on average. Our guide to casino bonuses in Australia explains how to judge any offer.
What responsible gambling tools does Ritzo have?
Ritzo offers account limits, a “Take a break” setting that blocks play for a chosen period and self-exclusion through support. Turning on “Take a break” cancels any open withdrawal requests and returns the money to your balance, so withdraw first. BetStop does not cover offshore casinos like Ritzo.
